Ambassador of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in Cuba, Dr. Genet Teshome met with Ambassador Luis Alberto Amorós Núñez, director of the Directorate of Sub-Saharan Africa at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, on November 30, 2023, and held a discussion on bilateral and current issues.
During the meeting, the two ambassadors mentioned that the recent visit of the High-Level Delegation led by the Cuban Vice President, H.E Salvador Antonio Valdés Mesa to Ethiopia was fruitful and played a significant role in enhancing the diplomatic relations between the two countries.
Furthermore, they reached an agreement to work together in accordance with the directions set by the leaders of the two countries and to strengthen monitoring of the cooperations that have started and on-going.
