Ambassador of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in Cuba conferred with Ambassador Angel Villa, Deputy Director General of Bilateral Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba.
During the meeting, the two Ambassadors discussed the essence of frequent meetings between the leaders of Ethiopia and Cuba which signify the presence of mutual interest to further invigorate the long-standing relationship between the two countries. They further pointed out the importance of the aforementioned meetings in terms of strengthening the existing bilateral cooperation and to identify new areas of cooperation. Furthermore, the Ambassadors exchanged views on ways of identifying and working together as per the directions and consensus of the leaders.
Finally, they commended the mutual cooperation at multilateral fora between the two sisterly countries and also discussed ways of continuing the cooperation in the future.
